Our “Key” Island Team member: Patch Wetzel: HRH QoE has been practicing yoga since 2009, and as of October 2015, finally received her instructor training certification from YogaFit™ International in Las Vegas. She has since taught in multiple countries in Asia and Europe and in multiple states and cities in the US. She received her International Chaplaincy for Marketplace Ministries and is working on receiving her PhD in Humane Letters from CICA (Canadian Institute of Chaplain Ambassadors, the ONLY university accredited by the United Nations Economic and Social Council, UN-ECOSOC). She is the founder and president of PatchWorks Ministries in Johnstown, Ohio. Having battled weight issues all her life, as a diabetic, and as an Asian who felt big and clumsy, she was at her wit’s end to find “something” to help her maintain a healthier weight and a much better lifestyle. What began as a curiosity became a love of paired movement and breathing, an outlet for stress, a way to improve strength, balance and focus through praise and worship; and a passion to share this love with others.
Kristen Kelbe: has been practicing yoga for 14 years. After suffering from two herniated discs at 18 years old, yoga was a part of her physical therapy. Initially, Kristen was drawn to yoga to build strength and gain flexibility. She quickly realized the mental benefits of yoga as well. Time on her mat brought her peace, hope and strength. Yoga has been and continues to be a life-changing journey for her. Kristen began studying the practice and philosophy of ashtanga yoga in 2013. She enjoyed taking her knowledge of yoga to the next level including the anatomical focus of the poses. She spent five weeks in Costa Rica in 2015 obtaining her 200 hour vinyasa yoga teacher certification through Yoga Alliance. Kristen is also certified to teach kids yoga through Kidding Around Yoga. In 2015, Kristen also fell in love with AcroYoga. AcroYoga is a partner based practice that blends acrobatics, yoga and healing arts. Kristen spent three weeks in Thailand in the beginning of 2017 to earn her teacher certification for AcroYoga. Every time Kristen rolls out her mat, she is reminded that life is meant to be full of smiles, peace and happiness. She loves sharing the joy that yoga has brought her in hopes to enrich the lives of others and help them find that inner peace.

#3 Defined: The Arno Profile:
The Arno’s named their analysis procedure the Temperament Analysis Profile (T.A.P.) and subsequently re-titled it in November 2000 to the Arno Profile System. It reveals the “hidden problems” that normally take the counselor seven or eight sessions to identify. Presently, over 3,000 Christian leaders, ministers and professional Christian counselors rely on the Arno Profile System to aid them in their counseling efforts. These report an accuracy rate of over ninety-percent (90%) in identifying an individual’s inborn, God-given temperament.
